She has a MBA (Technology), is certified as practicing project director, certified in scaled agile frameworks and recently completed the Innovative Technology Leader certificate at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Previously, Adam was a member of the Telstra Corporation Senior Leadership Executive team responsible for shaping and setting the overall strategic direction and execution of the company’s digital media mobile content services and advertising sales for Australia’s largest telecommunication and media company. While in Singapore I led the implementation of system and business changes across Asia Pacific to comply with new, post GFC, global regulatory requirements. More recently I led the turnaround of two Federal Government programmes, including one that changed the way 80,000 Australians receive government benefits. I enjoy seeing organisations, including government, making fundamental or revolutionary changes to the way in which they operate and perform.
Kyle is a chairman, non-executive director and advisor with more than two decades of experience across the commercial, community and public sectors. He is currently a non-executive director of Credit Union Australia, Chair of Drive Yello, Chair of Hunter Medical Research Institute, and a Conjoint Professor in the Faculty of Business and Law at University of Newcastle. In December 2017, Kyle completed a three-and-a-half-year term as Chairman of the NRMA where he directed a period of significant cultural and operational change requiring considerable strategy and risk expertise. He established, grew and managed an independent car broking business that disrupted the motor vehicle retail industry. Kyle is a Fellow of the AICD and AUSTTA, has completed an MBA at University of Newcastle, a Harvard Business School Certificate in Disruptive Strategy and a Transformation Leadership Program at ANU.
