AusTTA Transformational Leadership Program

The AusTTA Transformational Leadership Program has been designed by leading international scholars in the fields of organisational behaviour, change management, and project management to give you the confidence and skills to stretch yourself beyond your current boundaries and to become one of Australia’s leading agents for transformational change.

Developed in conjunction first with Australian National University (ANU) and now with Queensland University of Technology (QUT), the Australian Transformation and Turnaround Association Transformational Leadership Program has been built around an unique evidence-based approach to management capability development. The aim is to ensure that participants have the skills and knowledge to solve today’s problems and ensure that they can respond to future transformational challenges.

AusTTA has recently worked with QUT to revise the course for online delivery. The result is Activate. The Activate program is designed specifically for motivated and transformational leaders seeking to:

  • Respond effectively to significant disruption
  • Enable rapid yet sustainable transformation of their organisation
  • Develop innovative approaches to meeting emerging stakeholder needs

AusTTA members receive a discount on QUT fees when they enrol and completion of this course will assist Practicing Members in their qualifications for Fellow of Transformational Leadership.

Who Should Enroll?

The program is designed to up-skill experienced Transformation Managers to advise Boards and Government Departments. This includes:

  • Any leader with an interest in change and transformation
  • Chief Transformation Officers,
  • Change Management Executives,
  • Change Project Managers

What will you learn?

Over a series of four masterclasses, you will learn to recognise and respond to changes in the macro environment that will necessitate either a radically new business model or a significant change in direction as an existing business model become unviable.

Participants will learn from one another via a unique living case study and interactive learning activities over six months.
